The Stronghold Podcast is a Martial Arts podcast hosted by pro MMA fighter, BJJ black belt, and owner of Stronghold MMA, Lukas Leasure. The podcast is hosted from Singapore and includes conversations with professional fighters, coaches, and interesting people within the martial arts community. The podcast also includes regular breakdowns of ONE champiosnhip and UFC events, and has an emphasis on Asian MMA. We sit down with other fighters, coaches, students, and people within the Martial arts scene and discuss all things MMA and the role of martial arts in a modern society.
